Jongbong Lee
Jongbong is currently a Senior Principal Scientist at Novartis. He earned his PhD from University of Nottingham, UK. His PhD work was on oral absorption of drugs with a special focus on lymphatic transport. After his PhD, he continued his academic career as a postdoc at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. In 2019, he switched to pursue a career in industry by joining Janssen (or Johnson and Johnson) and started to work as a clinical pharmacologist in the field of autoimmune disorders. Late 2021, he had another career transition and currently he works as a clinical pharmacologist contributing to drug development in oncology indications.
