Prof Numan has graduated for the college of Pharmacy, University of Baghdad on 1978 and earned his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences (pharmacology) from the College of Pharmacy, University of Kentucky, USA on 1987. Prof Numan was affiliated as faculty member in College of Pharmacy, University of Baghdad (Iraq), University of Thamar (Yemen), Al-Zaytoonah private University (Jordan), Philadelphia University (Jordan), Al-Ahliyya Amman University (Jordan), and currently he is a faculty member in Department of Pharmacy, Al-Maaref university College, Iraq. He has served as head of Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, College of Pharmacy, University of Baghdad, dean of College of Pharmacy, University of Baghdad, head of Department of Pharmacology, College of Medicine, University of Thamar, Yemen, and head of Department of Pharmacy, College of Pharmacy, University of Al-Zaytoonah, Jordan. Prof Numan has published more than 40 articles in peer reviewed journals and supervised 20 graduate students.
