Interpret test results in order to facilitate organ transplantation & bone marrow transplantation. Investigate, analyze and submit new HLA alleles. Communicate and discuss test results with the medical team. Participate in clinical meetings by providing information to help diagnosing, treatment and monitoring of patients. Make sure we comply with FACT/ASHI/CAP regulations on daily basis by updating SOPs, training staff, and overseeing proficiency and competency of each member of the team. Negotiate contracts with vendors. Plan annual budget.
