Scientific Committee Invitation
On behalf of the Scientific Committee, I would like to invite you to join us for the Anbar 2nd International Medical Conference (AIMCO-2022) and the 9th Medical Conference. The conference entitled “Updates in Medical and Health Sciences” is organized by the Colleges of Medicine and College of Pharmacy at University of Anbar in collaboration with the Royal College of Pathologists (RCPath) from United Kingdom.
After the success of AIMCO-2020 which was held virtually, AIMCO-2022 will be a hybrid meeting and the in-person will be for the first time in our institution since the pandemic of COVID-19. The Scientific Committee with the international members and I working together to ensure that the upcoming conference delivers an exciting multidisciplinary program in a wide range of medical fields. The two-days Conference will be on November 12–13, 2022.
In addition to the scientists from the organizing institutions, National professionals from Iraq National tuberculosis Institute, Iraq Tuberculosis society, Thi-Qar Internist Association and Iraq HIV/AIDS center as well as International professionals from the Royal College of Pathologist (RCPath) - the United Kingdom (UK), Hamad Medical Corporation - State of Qatar, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, United Arab Emirates, University of Stanford and Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD - the United State (USA) will participate and share the Conference committees.
In addition to the active participation of the Royal College of Physician of Edinburgh (RCPE), the Royal of Physician of London (RCP) and the RCP-Iraq Network will participate conducting workshops and sharing their experience in the field of medical education and infectious diseases. Furthermore, Southern African HIV Clinicians Society will provide the updates of infectious diseases, particularly HIV.
National and international professionals are gathering in a communication platform to exchange and share their experiences and research results. The conference also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for distinguished speakers, researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in medical fields. The Conference Team put their efforts to share knowledge for improving the care and public health of patients and communities.
Scientific work (abstract and full manuscript) should be submitted online via the website submission form. Accepted abstracts alone will be published nationally and, optionally, the full articles could be published in a special issue of Journal of Emergency Medicine, Trauma and Acute Care (JEMTAC); an online, open access journal, Scopus indexed and hosted on Qscience.com.
